Shipping & Returns
All product styles and colors are available online only while supplies last. If you’re unable to find the product you want online or experience any issues placing an order on our website please click here to contact us.
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and UnionPay credit card payments only. We do not accept cash or check payments, and we do not offer store credits or gift certificates at this time.
Occasionally, the availability of our products may change and we will be unable to fulfill your order. A customer service representative will contact you using the email address provided with your order to advise you if we need to cancel or modify your order for any reason.
Order Fulfillment & Tracking
Orders placed on Stateline’s website will be fulfilled by the following business day. Orders placed after 12 pm EST on Fridays will be shipped on the following Monday. Orders placed during US holidays will be delayed until business resumes after the holiday. If there is any issue or delay fulfilling your order Stateline US will contact you by email to share updates. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email including a tracking number. You can also log in to your account and check your order history.
Please note: A signature may not be required upon delivery, it is advised that you track your package. Stateline.us does not accept responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.
US Order Shipping
All orders are shipped by FedEx.
FedEx Ground delivery (3-9 business days*) is FREE for orders over $50. No promo code is required for free ground shipping rate, just choose standard ground service at checkout.
FedEx Ground delivery (3-9 business days*) is $10 for orders less than $50.
FedEx 2-day* delivery is available for $25.
*Please allow 1 business day for your order to be processed and fulfilled in addition to shipping days. Orders shipping to residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands may see a delay in shipping.
Stateline.us does not ship orders to P.O. boxes.
Stateline.US does not offer international shipping at this time. We apologize for any disappointment.
Returns & Exchanges
Full-price products that are unused, unwashed in their original condition can be returned for a refund of the selling price within 30 days. We do not refund any shipping fees and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We will refund the original method of payment only.
If you would like to exchange for another product, size or color we will assist with return shipping and free standard shipping for the replacement product.
If there is a defect in the product or the product received does not match the order confirmation we will assist with a pre-paid shipping label to return the product for a refund or replacement.
